The Project Management Office (PMO) undertakes selected strategic projects across Catholic Education South Australia. Through 2021, the PMO oversaw the management of the following strategic projects:
- Regional School Pathways Project (comprising 14 individual projects)
- Vision for the North – Special Assistance School in northern Adelaide
- Cardijn College/Galilee Catholic School amalgamation
- Mount Carmel College/Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish School unification.
